This includes Mexico, most of Central (Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama) and South America (Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela), plus Cuba, the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico in the Caribbean.
